Actor Matthew McConaughey and wife Camila Alves have welcomed their third child, according to several reports.
Alves reportedly gave birth to the child in Austin, Texas on Friday, December 28, according to People magazine. Us Weekly reports that the baby is a girl. A spokesperson for the actor had no immediate comment on the reports.
The couple is already parents to 4-year-old son Levi and 2-year-old daughter Vida. McConaughey announced his wife's pregnancy on July 4. The 43-year-old actor married Alves, 29, on June 9 in a private ceremony in Austin, Texas. It is the first marriage for both.
McConaughey and Alves, a Brazilian model, met in 2007. McConaughey proposed to Alves on Christmas Day in 2011.
McConaughey, a Texas-born actor, is known for roles in films like "Dazed and Confused," "A Time to Kill," " How To Lose a Guy In 10 Days," and "The Lincoln Lawyer."
He recently appeared in the movie "Magic Mike" in which he played Dallas, the owner of a male strip club. McConaughey's "Magic Mike" co-star Channing Tatum recently announced that he and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum are expecting their first child.
