Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are engaged. The actress' spokesperson confirmed the news to OTRC.com on Saturday, January 12.
Wilde, 28, and Sudeikis, 37, began dating in late 2011. In December 2011, the two were seen sitting together at a University of Kansas men's basketball game in Sudeikis' home state and cheering on the Jayhawks, the "Saturday Night Live" actor's favorite team.
Sudeikis reportedly proposed during the holidays, according to People magazine.
This will be the second marriage for both Wilde and Sudeikis. Wilde was previously married to Italian prince Tao Ruspoli for eight years and their divorce was finalized in September 2011.
Sudeikis was married to "30 Rock" writer and producer Kay Cannon for four years before they separated in 2008. They finalized their divorce in 2010.
Wilde is likely best known for her role as Thirteen on "House M.D." She has also appeared in "TRON: Legacy," "Cowboys & Aliens" and "People Like Us." She has a role opposite Steve Carell in the upcoming film "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone," set for release on March 15.
Sudeikis is known for his time as a cast member on "Saturday Night Live," where he has been since 2003. He has also appeared in films like "Horrible Bosses," "The Campaign" and "Hall Pass." He has a role in the upcoming comedy "Movie 43," which will hit theaters on January 25.
