One incident happened Wednesday morning on J and Clara streets.
The man is also believed to be linked to other cases, where he exposed himself to girls on their way to school.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s, between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 130-150 pounds with a scar over his right eyebrow. He was seen wearing a plain gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes.
