Beyonce has announced a world tour, following her Super Bowl halftime performance, which featured a reunion with fellow Destiny's Child singers Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

The R&B singer announced the dates for The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour on her website on Sunday night, February 3, after the NFL championship game that saw the Baltimore Ravens beating the San Francisco 49ers. It is her first major tour in about three years and her first concert series since May 2012, when she performed four sold-out shows in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

During her Super Bowl halftime performance, Beyonce, wearing a black leather and lace leotard and thigh-high boots, was joined on stage by a slew of female backup dancers as well as female musicians -- including a guitarist, a bassist and a saxophonist before Rowland and Williams, sporting similar outfits, literally popped up.

They sang a medley of the Destiny's Child songs "Bootylicious" and "Independent Women" as well as Beyonce's solo hit "Single Ladies" and posed as "Charlie's Angels."

What a proud day for African-American women!!!!" Beyonce said in a handwritten message posted on her Facebook page on Sunday. "Kelly, Michelle, Alicia, Jhud ? You are all beautiful, talented and showed so much class! It was an honor to perform at the Super Bowl with you phenomenal ladies. Love Beyonce.

Beyonce's spokesperson had no immediate comment about whether or not Rowland or Williams will appear at any of her concerts. The three are promoting a new Destiny's Child compilation album, which contains the R&B trio's first new song in eight years.

Madonna had also announced a world tour soon after performing at the 2012 Super Bowl halftime show.

Starting in April, Beyonce is set to perform in the United States, Canada and several countries in Europe, including the United Kingdom, where she has four concerts at London's O2 Arena (watch the promotional video, below). Check out her new 2013 tour dates below:
