Watch Oscar nominees and other celebrities arriving on the red carpet on the "On The Red Carpet at the Oscars" TV special, which airs before the 2013 Oscars. The show will be hosted by Rachel Smith and will air on select ABC stations in more than 50 U.S. cities at 2 p.m. PT and 4 p.m. PT (5 p.m. ET and 7 p.m. ET). It will also be broadcast in at least 20 countries. (Click here for channel listings)
The special will also feature George Pennacchio of KABC Television, OTRC.com's parent company, who will interview celebrities on the red carpet, as well as fashion correspondent Roshumba Williams, a former Sports Illustrated model who will offer her critiques of the stars' Oscar looks. An Oscars preview piece will air half an hour before.

Oscar ceremony - 5:30 p.m. PT / 8:30 p.m. ET
The 2013 Oscar ceremony will air live from Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre on ABC and scores of channels worldwide from 5 p.m. PT to 8:30 PT (8 p.m. ET to 11:30 p.m. ET). Seth MacFarlane, creator of "Family Guy" and the movie "Ted," is hosting the event. (Check out an exclusive interview with Seth MacFarlane).
The Oscars is set to feature a special tribute to the James Bond fim franchise, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, as well as musical performances honoring three movie musicals -- "Les Miserables," one of the nominated films, "Chicago," featuring Catherine Zeta-Jones, and "Dreamgirls," featuring Jennifer Hudson. Both are Oscar winners.
MacFarlane himself is also set to perform with special guest Kristin Chenoweth, a TV actress and the original Glinda from the Broadway musical "Wicked."
More than 70 celebrities expected to attend
Kristen Stewart and "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe are on the list of 70 presenters, performers, special guests and, of course, current Oscar nominees expected to walk the red carpet at the 2013 Oscars.
TV coverage of Oscar after parties
After the Oscars, you can watch "On The Red Carpet at the Oscars" the post-show, which will cover the glamorous after parties. It will feature Smith and Pennacchio as well as correspondents Tony Cabrera and Karl Schmid.
