'Live! with Kelly and Michael After-Oscars Show' features star-studded lineup

HOLLYWOOD

Hundreds of fans arrived at the Hollywood Bowl around 3:30 a.m. Monday to pick up tickets to catch the special Oscars event.

They were then escorted across the street aboard a tour bus and shuttled over to the Dolby Theater on Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue.

Kelly and Michael broadcasted live from the very same stage many talented actors and actresses graced just hours before. The hosts sat down with Oscar's best, including Christoph Waltz and Jimmy Kimmel.

Waltz said he partied following his Oscar win and didn't get any sleep.

"I went back to the hotel, took a shower, changed and came here," Waltz said.

In addition, Kelly featured her backstage interviews with Oscar winners Anne Hathaway, Ben Affleck, George Clooney and Jennifer Lawrence. The "Silver Linings Playbook" actress' unfortunate spill was a topic of discussion. Kelly and Michael applauded her ability to laugh off her little fall.

"I bet all the other women would have preferred to trip up the stairs and get the trophy than to not trip up the stairs," Kelly said.

The hosts also congratulated Seth MacFarlane on a job well done.

"He gave you enough. He sang. He danced. He worked as hard as he could work to make the show a success," Michael said.

Kelly agreed, saying MacFarlane left it all out on the stage.

The Jabbawockeez dance crew performed at the after-Oscar's show. Fashion guru Carson Kressley, "Extra" host Maria Menounos and "Fashion Guy" Lawrence Zarian discussed the Oscars most unforgettable gowns and red carpet trends.

Live taping began at 6 a.m. The show aired on ABC7 at 9 a.m.
