Kelly Osbourne has confirmed that she did in fact suffer a seizure, which spurred her to be rushed to a hospital, adding that its cause is still unknown.
The 28-year-old collapsed on the set of the E! show "Fashion Police" after co-hosting an episode on Thursday, March 7, her spokesperson said in a statement obtained by OTRC.com, adding that she was taken to a Los Angeles medical center "for further testing" and was "awake, alert and in stable condition."
Later that evening, Osbourne shared on Twitter a photo taken from a hospital bed, which shows her left arm with an IV needle and tube as well as her tattoos, including one of a heart-shaped lock and key that reads "Daddy" and "This too shall pass."
"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes," Osbourne Tweeted. "Yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why? [sic]"
Osbourne's spokesperson had said the TV host would remain hospitalized overnight "as a precautionary measure."

According to ET Online Osbourne fell to the floor after a 30-second seizure and was attended to by Rivers' daughter and fellow presenter Melissa Rivers, crew members and an EMT who was sitting among the audience members in the E! studio. TMZ, which also carried the report, posted photos of a fire department ambulance parked inside E!'s headquarters in Los Angeles and EMTs wheeling in a person covered in a white sheet and lying on a gurney.
