The 26-year-old bridal stylist was stunned when she was sent home in the eighth week of season 17, telling Lowe he was making a big mistake.
"I honestly feel like I can make you the happiest," a weepy Hartsock said.
Now, Hartsock will be calling the shots as she meets 25 men competing for her hand.
"I know that it can happen and one of them will be hopefully my true love, as cliché as it sounds," she said.
The ninth season of "The Bachelorette" premieres on Monday, May 20 on ABC7.
