Miley Cyrus debuted some fresh ink over the holiday weekend.
The 19-year-old singer, who has been making headlines over her rumored split from fiance Liam Hemsworth, stepped into Kat Von D's Hollywood tattoo studio to receive some fresh ink on March 15.
The tattoo, which appears to be on the singer's inner forearm, shows off an inked version of two views of an anatomical heart, as sketched by Leonardo Da Vinci around 1510. The sketch was made into a circle and appears under her already existing Roman numeral tattoo (See photo above).
Some insightful fans Tweeted what they thought was behind the meaning of the fresh ink, with many posting that it meant "two hearts beating as one." Cyrus hasn't clarified the meaning behind the tattoo.
In October 2012, Cyrus and Hemsworth got matching tattoos, quoting former President Roosevelt's famed 1910 speech.
Hemsworth shared photos of his fresh ink on his official Instagram account on Oct. 10, 2012, while Cyrus got her tattoo in July (See photos).
Cyrus and Hemsworth, 22, who got engaged in June, met in 2009 when they co-starred in Cyrus' film "The Last Song" and played love interests.
While many outlets have reported that Cyrus and her partner of more than two years have split, the singer has taken to Twitter to post cryptic messages, re-Tweeting a post that read: "Lies took over the world..... Facts don't really hold value anymore!"
On March 6, the singer first broke her silence about the swirling breakup rumors, again taking to Twitter to set the record straight.
"I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn't call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. #draining," she Tweeted. "my new music is gonna shut everyone up. not discussing anything but my music from now on."
In October, the couple appeared in the music video for Israeli Dubstep producer Borgore's "Decisions," which also featured the starlet singing on the track.
