Rapper Gucci Mane may be in some hot water after allegedly attacking a man in a club.

The 33-year-old rapper, who co-stars in the crime comedy film "Spring Breakers," is reportedly wanted by the Atlanta Police Department after a soldier claimed that he was attacked by the performer, according to Atlanta's local television station, WSB-TV.

According to the station, the soldier approached Mane in the VIP section of the Harlem Nights club on March 15. When the soldier, who only refers to himself as "James" in media interviews, asked a security guard if he could take a picture with the rapper, Mane reportedly hit the man over the head with a champagne bottle.

"And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face," James, who serves in the army, told the station. He was reportedly rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital and received 10 stitches for the cut on his head. He was out with friends to celebrate his birthday.

"He could have possibly killed me," the soldier continued. "I just hope and pray that I recover pretty well because I still want to serve my military career."

Atlanta police have since issued an arrest warrant for the rapper, whose real name is Radric Davis, for aggravated assault. Mane was at Harlem Nights promoting his new mixtapes Trap Back 2 and East Atlanta Memphis, according to the outlet.

While Mane has not publically commented on the incident, he did Tweet to his fans to encourage them to see his upcoming film, "Spring Breakers," posting: "Gucci is in theaters in @springbreakers now."

The performer appears in the star-studded comedy film alongside James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson and Selena Gomez. The performer plays Archie, who is featured in a sex scene in the raunchy, R-rated film.
