Melissa Joan Hart is set to add a new role to her resume: brand ambassador.
The 36-year-old actress, known for her roles in "Clarissa Explains It All" and "Sabrina the Teenage Witch," is the new spokesperson for popular diet company Nutrisystem.
The starlet, who recently gave birth to her third child, has already lost 20 pounds on the program.
"I love working with Nutrisystem," Hart said in the company's announcement. "The Program is really delivering results for me and I look forward to long term success, staying motivated and helping others do the same."
The actress gave birth to her third son, Tucker, in September 2012. She and husband Mark Wilkerson, who wed in July 2003, also share sons Mason, 7, and Braydon, 5.
"I'm losing weight&feeling gr8 w/ Nutrisystem already," she Tweeted after the company's big announcement. "It's perfect 4 me.I'm so excited 2 B part of the @Nutrisystem family! #bodyafterbaby"
The program, which was recently named "Best Convenience" diet, has also been endorsed by celebrity spokesmodels Janet Jackson and Marie Osmond.
The diet consists of meal plans designed for men and women, which include a wide variety of pantry and frozen entrees and snacks to "aid in program satisfaction and adherence. The company also offers "transition plans to support long-term success."
Hart is known for her title roles in the 1990s teen shows "Clarissa Explains It All" and "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch," which is based on a comic book series and is set to be adapted into a new film, according to an April 2012 report by Deadline.
The actress has also appeared in movies such as "Drive Me Crazy" and "Nine Dead" and currently stars in the ABC Family's comedy series "Melissa & Joey," which is set to premiere its third season on May 29.
