The incident occurred in parking lot No. 1 at the college at 855 N. Vermont Ave. last Monday around 4:10 p.m.
According to authorities, a 51-year-old female student was sitting in her car when a suspect walked up to her driver-side door and exposed himself.
Authorities said the victim reached for her cellphone to capture the incident on video. The suspect then took a few steps back, zipped up his pants and walked away out of view towards Vermont Avenue.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man in his mid to late 20s. He had short, black hair and tattoos on both forearms. He was wearing a black t-shirt with bold red letters and light-colored pants.
