Harris was arrested on Feb. 28 for allegedly shooting into a car on the Las Vegas Strip on Feb. 21. The driver of the other car, a Maserati sports car, was killed. The Maserati drove into the intersection, setting off a chain-reaction crash that killed two people in a taxi.
Harris was booked early Tuesday at the Clark County jail. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
Police said they released the video and photos to show steps taken toward justice in the high-profile case.
Harris, 26, is a self-described pimp who was the subject of a multi-state manhunt following the Feb. 21 gunfire and chain-reaction crash that killed three and injured at least five.
Aspiring rapper Kenny "Clutch" Cherry, who was driving the Maserati, was killed. He was the suspected target of Harris's shooting.
Harris was taken into custody at an apartment located at 4150 Arch Drive in Studio City.
