Kendra Wilkinson was reportedly hospitalized briefly over the weekend following a car accident and has thanked fans for their well wishes.
The 27-year-old, a married mother of one, reality star and an ex-girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, was treated in a hospital in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley on Sunday, Us Weekly reported. The magazine reported she was "in shock" and felt "really sore" after getting into a car crash in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley, adding that her injuries were not serious.
Wilkinson has not commented about the report, cited by several news outlets, including ABC News, but said on Twitter on Monday, April 22: "Thank you for all well wishes. Just really reminded me how fragile life really is and how important love really is."
Wilkinson's life as a live-in girlfriend of Hefner was depicted in the E! reality show "The Girls Next Door." She currently stars with husband Hank Baskett and their 3-year-old son, Hank Baskett IV, in a WE tv series, "Kendra on Top."
Earlier this year, they all appeared on the ABC reality show "Celebrity Wife Swap" with Kate Gosselin. Wilkinson also competed on the network's diving competition series "Splash." Wilkinson and the nine original contestants will return to "Splash" for the finale, which airs on May 7, ABC said in a statement obtained by OTRC.com.
Wilkinson Tweeted last week that she made a comeback with the "best dive you'll ever see."
