Ray J released the video for his latest single "I Hit It First" and it features what appears to be a Kim Kardashian look-a-like.
The singer once dated the reality star and a sex tape of the two was leaked in February 2007. The music video for "I Hit It First," which can be viewed here, features Ray J travelling with a tan, brunette woman who wears her hair slicked back in a ponytail.
The woman is shown in close-ups that feature a home movie-style frame around them. Ray J also watches the woman in question in the video on a mock reality show on the "F" network.
Kardashian and her family appear in several reality shows on the E! Network.
Several lyrics of the song also appear to allude to Kardashian as well, including, "She might move on to rapper and ball players / But we all know I hit it first."
Kardashian recently reached a divorce settlement with her estranged-husband Kris Humphries, an NBA player for the Brooklyn Nets, and the reality star is currently expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West.
Another lyric of the song is "but now baby chose to go west." Whether or not this is an allusion to Kanye West is left up to the listener to decide, but when this lyric is sang in the video, a highway sign for Chicago appears, which just happens to be Kanye West's hometown.
Ray J denied the song was about Kardashian in an interview on "The Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg Show with K Foxx" on the New York City hip-hop radio station Hot 97 published on April 8.
"Yo, it's a song. It's not, it's not about that, it's about, it's about a concept, you know what I'm saying? People goin' way too deep," he said. "They just gotta keep it on the surface. Like, I'm not trying to create no war, it's all love."
"I think people are digging into to it too deep. Like it's a song, we're just having fun and that's it," he added.
This is not the first time Ray J has been accused of alluding to his relationship with Kardashian in his work. Last year, he co-wrote a book called "Death of the Cheating Man," where he described his relationship with a woman in the book known as "KK."
The singer never confirmed if the "KK" in the book was Kardashian and when pressed about the identity of "KK" during an interview with "The Insider" last year, Ray J said, "It's not about the person, it's about the situation."
"I really don't mention any names in the book," he said during the interview. "I kind of leave it open because I didn't want to make it a tell all, I wanted to make it a book about revelation about the things that I've done and the things I want to do in the future."
