OTRC: Jennifer Aniston talks yoga, struggles with what body part? (Video)

Jennifer Aniston has long been praised for her stunning looks and trim figure but there is one part of her she appears to want to change.

"I always struggle with my butt," she told OTRC.com.

The actress made her comments at an event promoting her longtime friend and yoga instructor Mandy Ingber's new book, "Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover," on April 30. She wore a black, loose-fitting empire-waist dress that showed off her cleavage.

Aniston's other longtime friend and former "Friends" co-star Courteney Cox, Kate Beckinsale, Ricki Lake and "The Facts of Life" alum Mindy Cohn also attended the event (see PHOTOS).

"We all have our struggles. it depends on what months it is," Cox told OTRC.com, regarding her own body image. "For some reason, the thing I don't care about that much, which is not great, is my stomach because you can always cover that up. You always can cover up your stomach. There's enough clothes out there to work it out."

"I'm happy. I feel great," Cox added. "So yeah, I love my body."

"Hanging out on couches"

Aniston, who grew up in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, also shared a tidbit about her childhood with OTRC.com.

"Mandy has been my friend for 22 years," she said. "When I first met Mandy, we were kids in Laurel Canyon, you know, hanging out on couches and drinking too much coffee."

Aniston has for years incorporated yoga into her exercise regimen. She said that Ingber's "Yogalosophy" combines yoga and cardiovascular routines with inspirational speaking.

"When I decided to work out with her, doing yoga, I was just ready for something different and it was just perfect timing for where I was in my life and I just started to see the results and that just got me excited and I just felt stronger," she told OTRC.com. "I did feel stronger in my mind and in my heart as well as my body because she's so encouraging and so inspiring when she's teaching."

"Sometimes it's just fun, you know, get the music jammin' and have a really good time and then sometimes it's a little more mellow, more sort of intense and just gentle and kind," she said.
