Jane Levy, star of ABC's series "Suburgatory," has filed for divorce.
The 23-year-old actress, who plays Tessa on the hit comedy series, has filed for divorce from her husband of seven months, Jaime Freitas, according to ET Online.
The red-haired starlet, who had never spoken publicly about her marriage, filed for divorce on April 16 citing "irreconcilable differences," according to the outlet.
The papers stated that the couple married on March 3, 2011 and separated in October 2011.
"Suburgatory" stars Levy as a daughter who must cope with moving from the city to a suburban neighborhood with her father, played by Jeremy Sisto. The show aired in 2011 and just completed its second season.
Levy was married to Portuguese actor Frietas, who has appeared in a number of small films including "I Know," "Chlorine" and "Cisne."
