"Bachelor" Sean Lowe has been engaged to the ABC show's latest winner, Catherine Giudici, since they filmed the season 17 finale last year -- so when will they finally tie the knot?
Lowe, 29, talked about the issue in an interview with OTRC.com after the season 16 finale of ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" on Tuesday, May 21. He had throughout the past few months been keeping busy by competing on the show with partner Peta Murgatroyd. Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough won the Mirror Ball Trophy.
"We're starting to talk about the wedding, so hopefully, we can plan a date here in the next month or two and hopefully everyone at home will get to watch it," Lowe told OTRC.com.
Lowe announced after the "Bachelor" finale in March that his wedding to Giudici would be televised, following in the footsteps of several couples who fell in love due to the ABC dating show and its spinoff, "The Bachelorette." (Check out a list of "Bachelor" breakups and marriages.)
The most recent "Bachelorette" couple, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, had their TV wedding on ABC in December.
Giudici was often shown sitting in the "Dancing With The Stars" studio audience, cheering on Lowe. He and Murgatroyd were eliminated two weeks ago and came in sixth place.
Catherine Giudici is Sean Lowe's No. 1 hottest woman.
Last week, Lowe and Giudici attended Maxim magazine's Hot 100 women event and talked about their lives post-"Dancing With The Stars."
"I think it's just nice to be normal together, at this point, and we both enjoy the whole ride of it," Giudici said. "It's just all been fun."
Maxim this year named Miley Cyrus the No. 1 hottest woman. Giudici, Lowe said, is his personal pick for No. 1, adding: "She's smokin' hot! It's a fair answer."
Regarding Cyrus, Sean said: "She's a good-looking girl. I think most guys, when they think, 'Hottest woman,' they're probably not thinking Miley Cyrus. But I appreciate her look and how different she is. So I wouldn't argue it."
