A man stole $300 worth of meat from a market in Montclair Sunday at 4:30 p.m.

A man with multiple tattoos wearing a gray tank top walked into an independent meat market on Central Avenue near Bandera Street and ordered 50 pounds of marinated carne asada beef and chicken, according to Montclair Police.

The man was last seen getting into a blue Dodge Durango that drove south on Central Ave. A second man may have been in the vehicle.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video.
