"The Voice" just got a special guest performer for its fourth season finale on June 18.
Cher will perform her new single, "Woman's World," live on the NBC musical competition series, NBC announced on Monday, June 10.
The song is the first single off her upcoming album of the same name, which goes on sale on September 24. It will be Cher's first live television performance in over a decade, according to NBC.
"Woman's World" also marks Cher's first new album in 12 years. The singer and actress, who has earned several awards including an Oscar, a Grammy, an Emmy and three Golden Globes, is the only artist to have a No. 1 single on the Billboard pop charts in each of the last six decades.
The top five finalists on "The Voice" are set to perform on Monday's semifinals and the results show will take place on Tuesday. Blake Shelton has two acts left in the competition, The Swon Brothers and Danielle Bradbery.
Adam Levine has his contestant, Amber Carrington, still in the running, while Shakira has her contestant, Sasha Allen, vying for the top prize. Usher also has just one contestant left competing for the top prize, Michelle Chamuel.
Cher's "Burlesque" co-star Christina Aguilera was a coach on "The Voice" for three seasons before taking a break from the show to work on her music. It was announced in May that Aguilera will return to the competition series for season 5 in the fall along with fellow coach CeeLo Green.
Shakira and Usher will replace them again in season 6 in early 2014, after the Winter Olympics. Veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will star in both, as will host Carson Daly.
