Justin Bieber, bodyguard sued by photographer for alleged attack

The lawsuit stems from an incident that took place at a Miami recording studio on Wednesday, June 5. Photographer Jeffrey Binion claims Bieber told his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, to attack him and take the memory card from his camera.

Binion says he was thrown against a wall, choked and threatened with a gun. The photographer is seeking punitive damages for physical and mental anguish.

Miami-Dade police are conducting an investigation.
