Loma Linda teen pimped, assaulted in Redlands motel room

REDLANDS, Calif.

Lockhart was held on $150,000 bail for sexual assault on a minor.

Colton resident Wilbert Andres Mancia-Mejia, 31, was arrested on June 2 for arranging for men to have sex with the girl at the motel.

Mancia-Mejia allegedly met the teen online and began a sexual relationship with her. He had identified himself online as 17-year-old "Albert Mann." He allegedly advertised for sex on Craigslist using her photos, and rented the Redlands motel room.

Mancia-Mejia waited in a car in the parking lot while Lockhart went into the room, where he restrained and sexually assaulted the girl, according to Redlands Police. The girl told Mancia-Mejia about the assault, and he took her home.

The teen reported the assault to police on June 1, and Mancia-Mejia was arrested the next day for pimping, pandering and human trafficking. He was held on $400,000 bail.

Investigation of Mancia-Mejia's activities on the social networking sites indicate he was in contact with other girls between the ages of 15 and 17. Investigators are seeking information on any other potential victims.
