Michael Clair Glines, 52, was arrested at his residence in the Robinson Ranch area of Trabuco Canyon by members of the Orange County Sheriff's Department Special Victims Detail.
Investigators identified four victims, male and female, younger than 10. Sheriff's officials believe Glines committed lewd and lascivious acts on the children between 2010 and 2012 at or near his residence.
Glines lives near a school and some parks. Investigators believe there may be further victims.
Gilnes was booked at the Orange County Jail and held on $1 million bail. He has previously been arrested for drug possession and drunken driving.
