"Scandal" stars Kerry Washington and Bellamy Young both wore colorful, printed dresses to the Disney-ABC Television Television Critics Association (TCA) panel event in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, Aug. 4.
Washington, who plays main character Olivia Pope on the series, wore a red and white printed Giambattista Valli halter mini frock. The 36-year-old actress paired with nude Christian Louboutin pumps.
