Five actresses from "Downton Abbey" attended a photo call for season 4 of the Emmy-winning British period drama series wearing fun, summery and bold outfits that showed off their legs -- an obvious far cry from the conservative dresses they wear on the show.
Michelle Dockery, who plays Lady Mary Crawley, arrived at the event in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday, Aug. 6, in a black and beige Elie Saab Resort 2013 short outfit, complete with a black stripe on the side.
Laura Carmichael, who plays Lady Edith Crawley, wore a Moschino Cheap And Chic Resort 2014 black and white mini dress with a piano keys-printed pattern in the pleated skirt.
Phyllis Logan, who plays Mrs. Hughes, wore a pink, floral, tea-length dress with a flared hem.
Joanne Froggatt, who plays Mary's housemaid Anna, wore a black, blue, red and purple printed Camilla & Marc Fall 2013 Read-To-Dear mini dress.
Sophie McShera, who plays assistant cook Daisy Mason, wore a multicolored, floral, knee-length Zara dress (that retails for $89.90).
