It's Alec Baldwin vs. the paparazzi again.
The 55-year-old actor and a celebrity photographer got into a physical altercation on a New York City street on Tuesday, Aug. 27, in front of Baldwin's wife Hilaria. The 29-year-old yoga instructor had given birth to the actor's second child, daughter Carmen, just four days prior. The couple had been dining at a restaurant and were later seen walking alone. Their baby was not with them.
No one was hurt in the scuffle, which was photographed by other members of the paparazzi, who often follow the Baldwins around the city. Police were called but no arrests were made and no charges have been filed. Baldwin has not commented.
Photos show the actor reaching for the photographer's camera and pinning the man's arms back and pushing him against the hood of car. Both are later seen talking to a police officer.
ABC News quoted a source as saying that "the photographer was the aggressor, adding: "He even chased Alec's wife [Hilaria] into a store after the incident."
TMZ quoted the photographer as saying: "All I can say is I was doing my job asking him normal questions and he [Baldwin] flipped. That's all."
Last year, Baldwin got into a scuffle with a photographer in New York City. Baldwin said he was assaulted first and talked about the incident on "The Charlie Rose Show," saying: "People think that I'm out there decking photographers willy nilly - nothing could be further from the truth."
