Seth Meyers is reportedly a married man.
The 39-year-old "Saturday Night Live" star and head writer tied the knot with fiancee Alexi Ashe on Sunday, Sept. 1, Meyers' spokesperson confirmed to People magazine. The couple had an intimate ceremony in Martha's Vineyard.
Former "Saturday Night Live" alums Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg, Amy Poehler, Fred Armisen, Will Forte and Jason Sudeikis were in attendance along with current "Saturday Night Live" cast member Taran Killam and showrunner Lorne Michaels. "Girls" actress Allison Williams, "Newsroom" star Olivia Munn and "Parks and Recreation" actress Rashida Jones were also in attendance, according to the magazine.
The couple's engagement was announced in early July. Meyers and Ashe, a human rights lawyer, reportedly met at a wedding.
It was announced in May that Meyers will succeed Jimmy Fallon as the host of "Late Night." Fallon will be replacing Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" when Leno leaves in 2014 following the winter Olympics. Meyers will stay on "Saturday Night Live" as the head writer through the fall.
Meyers, who got his start on the sketch comedy show in 2001, has appeared in a number of films in recent years including "Journey to the Center of the Earth," "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist" and "New Year's Eve." He has also appeared on television shows including "The Mindy Project" and "Spin City."
