Officials say the suspects walked into a Stater Bros. on Barton Road, grabbed bottles of liquor and ran out the door.
A store employee saw them and chased them outside. That's when deputies say one of the suspects, wearing a red hat, hit the employee on the head with one of the bottles.
The store clerk was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. He has since been released.
