Zoe Saldana is reportedly a married woman.
The 35-year-old "Star Trek" actress reportedly married Italian artist Marco Perego earlier this summer, People magazine reports. The two wed in a small ceremony in front of family and friends. An unnamed source close to the couple confirmed the news to the magazine and said the two are "very happy."
A spokesperson for Saldana had no immediate comment when asked about the report by OTRC.com. Saldana and Perego first went public with their relationship at the premiere of "Star Trek Into Darkness" in May.
The actress is currently working on the Marvel film "Guardians of the Galaxy." In it she plays Gamora, a character who is the last of her species and who has powers like superhuman strength and accelerated healing. Cooper is voicing a character in the movie named Rocket Raccoon.
The film, which also features "Parks and Recreation" star Chris Pratt and Benicio del Toro, will be released on Aug. 1, 2014. "Guardians of the Galaxy" is directed by James Gunn and follows Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Pratt) and his group of alien ex-cons.
Saldana will next appear in the film "Out of the Furnace with Christian Bale, Woody Harrelson and Casey Affleck. It is set to hit theaters on Dec. 6.
