Haison Ho, of Moreno Valley, was arrested on Tuesday by the Riverside Police Department's Sexual Assault Unit following an investigation related to his duties at Kohl's.
According to investigators, Ho allegedly made a deal with a female shoplifting suspect. Officials say in exchange for not contacting authorities, Ho had the female perform sexual favors.
This investigation is on-going, and Riverside police are asking the public to come forth with any information they might have on this or similar crimes involving Ho.
