Scarlett Johansson has been named Esquire magazine's "Sexiest Woman Alive," marking her second time she has received the title by the men's magazine.
The 28-year-old actress, an international sex symbol who played the Black Widow in "Iron Man 2" and "The Avengers" and recently starred in Joseph Gordon-Levitt's R-rated directorial debut, "Don Jon," received the honor for the first time in 2006.
"Seven years later, she is the obvious choice once again," Esquire notes. "This time, even sexier."
When she received the title the first time, Johansson jokes, regarding the attention about her looks: "What about my brain? What about my heart? What about my kidneys and my gallbladder?"
This time, she told Esquire: "I'm the only woman to win twice right? You know, I gotta hustle. I'm a twenty-eight-year-old woman in the movie business, right? Pretty soon the roles you're offered all become mothers. Then they just sort of stop. I have to hedge against that with work."
Johansson is set to reprise her Black Widow role in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" and "The Avengers: Age of Ultron."
Mile Kunis was named Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive for 2012. Others who have received the title include Rihanna (2011), Minka Kelly (2010), Kate Beckinsale (2009), Halle Berry (2008), Charlize Theron (2007), Jessica Biel (2005) and Angelina Jolie (2004).
