One kidnap attempt happened last Saturday in Venice near Lincoln Boulevard and Milwood Avenue. Another attempt happened last month as a teenage girl walked to school in Torrance. Officials say in both cases, he was driving a white or silver Honda sedan.
A suspect sketch has also been released. Police describe the suspect as a white male between 35-and 40-years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and around 150 pounds.
Police plan to release more information Friday afternoon.
