Maksim Chmerkovskiy is returning to "Dancing With The Stars" for one night, but this time the pro dancer will be on the other side of the ballroom as a judge.
Chmerkovskiy will participate as a guest judge during the semi-finals on the Nov. 18 episode of the show alongside regular judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli.
The show will also follow the theme of "plugged/unplugged" night where the contestants must perform routines to two different versions of the same song. In the first round, the couples will perform either a Jazz, Paso Doble, Cha Cha Cha or Tango routine to a "plugged" version of their selected song.
In the second round, the couple must perform either a Viennese Waltz, Argentine Tango or Rumba routine to an "unplugged" or acoustic version of their song.
Chmerkovskiy, whose younger brother Val Chmerkovskiy and partner Elizabeth Berkley were recently voted off the show in a shocking elimination, last competed on the show as a regular pro during All-Star season 15 with Kirstie Alley.
Alley had been partnered with Maksim during season 12, where they finished in second place, and the two finished season 15 in seventh place.
Maksim briefly returned to the Ballroom during the fifth week of season 16, where he danced during Len's Side by Side Challenge.
The remaining five celebrities left to compete on season 17 of "Dancing With The Stars" are Corbin Bleu ("High School Musical"), Amber Riley ("Glee"), Jack Osbourne, Leah Remini ("The King of Queens") and comedian Bill Engvall. Read a recap of the most recent episode here.
Maksim's episode of "Dancing With The Stars" airs on Monday, Nov. 18, at 8 p.m. ET.
