Will Adam Levine be named People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" for 2013?
That's the rumor that's been floating around online recently. The outlet has not commented about the reports and is expected to reveal its pick next week. The 34-year-old "Voice" coach and Maroon 5 frontman was coy after he was asked about it on NBC's "Today" show on Friday, Nov. 15.
"There's a rumor that you're on the short list to be People's Sexiest Man Alive,'" co-host Savannah Guthrie said.
"I don't believe you," Levine replied.
"Would you be excited about that?" she asked. "Good resume builder?"
"No ... yes," he said, chuckling. "It's an interesting idea. I dunno. I know nothing."
"I'm just as excited as you to see who they choose," he added.
During her interview, Guthrie also congratulated Levine on his engagement to Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo and asked when they planned on getting married. (See PHOTOS of her and others, including singer Taylor Swift, at the recent 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.) "We have a kind of '-ish' time," Levine said. "There is no actual date."
