2 arrested in Oxnard for forcing teen into prostitution

OXNARD, Calif.

Officers responded at 11:55 a.m. to a call from an anonymous caller reporting a 15-year-old girl was being held and forced into prostitution at a residence on the 100 block of North Harrison Avenue.
