Oxnard Police arrested two adults Saturday on suspicion of forcing a teen girl to perform prostitution.

Officers responded at 11:55 a.m. to a call from an anonymous caller reporting a 15-year-old girl was being held and forced into prostitution at a residence on the 100 block of North Harrison Avenue.

Officers located the teen girl on the premises. Three adults and 10 additional juveniles were found living at the residence.

Officers determined Graciela Vasquez, 23, had taken the 15-year-old girl to the residence and had induced her to have sex with men. They also determined the girl had sex with Rolando Ramirez, 34, one of the other adults living at the residence. A third adult, a woman, rents the home, according to police. Police were investigating her involvement.

Vasquez and Ramirez were arrested on charges of unlawful sex with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and inducing a child to engage in a lewd act. They were booked at the county jail.

The 10 other juveniles, ranging in age from 5 months to 13 years of age, were removed from the residence by Child Protective Services.

Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to contact Detective James Langford at (805) 385-7636.
