Josh Brolin has reportedly checked into rehab.
The 45-year-old actor is seeking treatment at a facility in northern California, People magazine reports. A spokesperson for the actor had no immediate comment on the report.
Brolin has had some trouble this past year. The actor was arrested for misdemeanor public intoxication in Santa Monica, California in January. Earlier this month, Brolin got into a few altercations in public and footage of two incidents appeared online.
The actor's estranged wife, actress Diane Lane, filed for divorce from Brolin on Feb. 15. The two have been married for eight years and have no children together. This marked the second marriage for both.
Brolin is known for his roles in films such as "American Gangster," "No Country for Old Men," "W." and "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps."
The actor, who was nominated for an Oscar for his work in "Milk," will next appear in the film "Old Boy," which is due out on Nov. 27.
