2 skateboarders sought in Ventura stabbing attack

VENTURA, Calif.

Ventura Police received a report of a fight in progress at a Shell Gas station located at 7841 Telephone Road at 3:18 p.m. Responding officers found a 20-year-old Ventura man with a stab wound to his arm.

The investigation revealed the victim and two suspects got into an altercation on a Gold Coast Transit bus. When the victim got off the bus near Telegraph and Kimball roads, the victim was chased by the suspects south on Kimball to the gas station, where he was attacked and stabbed.

The man was hospitalized and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects were described as two Hispanic men between 25-35 years of age, both wearing dark clothing and riding skateboards. One was heavy-set and the other had a thin build.
