CHIEF ROJO/SPARK OF LOVE
Retired L.A. Fire Department Chief Rey Rojo started a toy drive 40 years ago, that has evolved into ABC7's Spark of Love. Now, with the community's help and SoCal Firefighters, it puts smiles on the faces of tens of thousands of children every year.
