The blaze broke out at the former San-Hi Lanes shortly before noon.
At one point, more than 20 units were on the scene, battling the fire.
The roof collapsed and flames could be seen shooting from the structure. Black smoke was also pouring from the building.
The fire was knocked down at 1:30 p.m.
Fire officials say the bowling alley has been vacant for years and is a total loss.
