Before he takes the stage as the new host of "Late Night," former "Saturday Night Live" star Seth Meyers will appear on "Say Yes to the Dress."
In the Season 11 premiere episode of the show, the writer and comedian surprises a fan named Shealynn Casserly, an Army medic who Meyers first got to know when he visited her at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, according to the TLC network.
At the time, Casserly was recovering from an injury she got from a roadside bomb explosion in Afghanistan and the two met through a program at the medical center which allows patients to meet a celebrity of their choice.
The two meet up again on "Say Yes to the Dress" on Feb. 21, when Meyers appears while Casserly is shopping for a wedding dress at Kleinfeld. Check out another photo of their meeting below.
Meyers will make his debut as host of "Late Night" on Feb. 24. His first guest will be his former "Weekend Update" co-anchor Amy Poehler.
"Say Yes to the Dress" season 11 premieres on Feb. 21 on TLC at 9 p.m. ET.
