OTRC: 'Game Of Thrones' season 4 spoilers, from Kit Harington, aka Jon Snow

Kit Harington talks to OTRC.com about 'Game Of Thrones' season 4. He made his comments in a January 2014 interview to promote the movie 'Pompeii.'

Jon Snow may know nothing, but we squeezed some juicy details from Kit Harington about season 4 of "Game Of Thrones."

Spoiler alert! (For those who have read George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels -- although the series has deviated occasionally from the books).

Check out 3 spoilers about season 4 of "Game Of Thrones," as revealed by Kit Harington. The show returns on April 6.

1. More action in season 4.

"I'll say that it's a bigger season, action-wise, than we've ever done," Harington told OTRC.com. "There's more battles, there's more fights."

2. RIP, "Game Of Thrones" peeps.

"There's actually quite a few deaths this season -- surprise, surprise," he said.

Season 3 featured many deaths as well -- including the demise of two beloved characters who have been on the show since its 2011 debut in a controversial episode fans refer to as the "Red Wedding" - check out Martin's reactions to their reactions.

3. Season 4 is the "biggest" season for Jon Snow.

The last time we saw fan-favorite, puppy-eyed warrior Jon Snow, he was shot with arrows by ex-lover Ygritte, who was angry he betrayed her and her people. Despite his injuries, he escaped to Castle Black and was reunited with BFF Samwell "Sam" Tarly and Pypar, fellow members in the Night's Watch, a group of warriors that patrols the wall of the northern border of the Seven Kingdoms.

"It's a really special season," Harington told OTRC.com. "It's my favorite on paper. It's the biggest for my character and I think people are gonna love it. I hope they will because they seemed to have loved the first three so the pressure's on for the fourth. I'm really confident in what we've done."

Harington talked to OTRC.com about hit HBO fantasy series during an interview to promote the new movie "Pompeii," which is set in the Roman city of the same name in the year AD 79. It sees him playing main character Milo, a gladiator who sets out to rescue a woman from her husband-to-be. Meanwhile, a volcano erupts and destroys their home. The movie is set to be released on Feb. 21.
