The 19-year-old pop star is seen getting a pat-down from an officer. The singer failed a breathalyzer test at the station and a blood test came up positive for marijuana and Xanax.
Bieber was arrested on Jan. 23 on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and having an expired driver's license. Police said the 19-year-old admitted to using both pot and Xanax at the time of his arrest.
Bieber has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to appear in court on those charges in March.
Meantime, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has presented its investigation into an alleged egg-throwing incident involving Bieber to the District Attorney's Office, which will determine whether charges will be filed.
Bieber's neighbor in Calabasas reported that the singer had hurled eggs at his home, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
