Get ready for another reason to love Jared Leto.
The 42-year-old Oscar-nominated actor and his brother Shannon told his mother, Constance, over an Apple FaceTime video call that she will be accompanying them at the 2014 Oscars this Sunday. Leto recently shared an Instagram photo of their conversation, which shows her reaction -- pure joy. (See above, left)
"My mothers face when @shannonleto and I told her she was coming to the #Oscars with us! :)" Jared wrote alongside the picture, which shows him with his brother, Shannon, talking to their mom.
Leto has brought his mother to several red carpet events, including the 2014 SAG Awards (see above, right).
At the Oscars 2014 Nominees' Luncheon earlier this month, the actor praised her, telling reporters: "You know, we were born very poor and in pretty humble surroundings and my mother always wanted to do something better with her life. She wanted to do something better for her children. She was a dreamer, she was a worker. She still is. So I think the biggest inspiration and the biggest lessons she taught me was to dream and then, to do the work that it takes to make dreams a reality." Leto is nominated for his first Oscar, for his role as transgender woman and HIV-positive patient Rayon, in the 2013 indie film "Dallas Buyers Club."
