A young boy was saved and a kidnapping suspect was arrested thanks to a cook at a Westchester taco restaurant.

A nanny and two boys, 4 and 6, were walking home from school on the 7100 block of West Manchester Avenue near the Loyola Boulevard intersection Wednesday afternoon when a suspect approached and grabbed the 4-year-old and ran away.

A cook at nearby T2 Tacos restaurant heard the nanny yelling for help around the corner and ran to confront the suspect.

"He said, 'You don't care, it's not your problem.' And I said, 'It is my problem. I have one kid just like him,'" said the Good Samaritan.

Thanks to the cook, the 33-year-old suspect was kept there until police arrived to make an arrest.
