The shooting happened around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday near Western Avenue and 259th Street. No one has been arrested.
According to detectives, three male victims were standing outside a hookah lounge when two male suspects fired multiple rounds in their direction.
Police say a victim in his teens or early 20s died at the hospital. The other victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was undergoing surgery. The third person was not injured.
Police say the shooting appears to be gang-related. No suspect description was available.
