Police responded to an assault call in the 35000 block of Avenue H around 8:33 p.m. and discovered a deceased male.
During the course of the investigation, detectives interviewed Nancy Jarretts, the victim's wife. She was subsequently arrested for her husband's murder. He was identified as Walter Jarretts.
Nancy was booked at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. She is being held without bail.
