Jennifer Lopez channels one of her most iconic looks in a sexy new music video.
Lopez, 44, released the music video for her new single, titled "I Luh Ya Papi," on March 13. The song is to be included on her upcoming tenth album, which has yet to receive a release date. The video features rapper French Montana and can be watched here (Warning: NSFW).
The "American Idol" judge tweeted several "Throwback Thursday" related posts of some of her most iconic outfits prior to the release of the video, including the daring green Versace dress she wore to the 2000 Grammys. She also shared a photo of the cover of her first album, 1999's "On the 6," and a still from the music video for the 2001 song "I'm Real" featuring rapper Ja Rule.
The "I Luh Ya Papi" music video finds Lopez with two female dancers deciding on a concept with a director. When presented ideas that are less than thrilling, the women come up with the idea to create a video that objectifies men, feeling that male music videos often objectify women.
In order to do so, they come up with several music video cliches, including having half-naked men walking around for no reason at opulent locations, such as mansions and yachts. Lopez is seen wearing a jumpsuit similar to her Grammys outfit in several scenes, while sporting street clothing in dance sequences and a body-hugging white jumpsuit on a yacht.
In addition to her film and television career, Lopez has amassed several hits in music, including the songs "Waiting For Tonight," "Jenny From The Block," "Love Don't Cost a Thing" and "On The Floor."
