Santa Barbara authorities say 28-year-old Petra Zaragoza and 23-year-old Bulmaro Reyes left their sleeping 4-year-old daughter in their car Tuesday around noon while they went into the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez.
Investigators say about 10 minutes later, the child was seen leaving the car and looking around for her parents. A passerby found the child and took her to the security desk and the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office was notified.
Zaragozsa and Bulmaro were arrested for felony child endangerment and transported to the Santa Barbara County Jail.
