Monica Marie Jenkins was arrested Tuesday, San Mateo County authorities said.
Police said she started singing a rock classic, demanded to go to jail, screamed profanities, kicked and threatened to sue two police officers and tried to bite a nurse while in jail.
She pleaded not guilty to five misdemeanor counts of public drunkenness, resisting arrest and assault on an officer. She has a court-appointed attorney and is due in court in July.
