Christina Aguilera has confirmed publicly that she is pregnant with her and fiance Matt Rutler's first child and has also revealed that they are expecting a baby girl, a report says.
The 33-year-old pop star and "The Voice" coach's pregnancy was reported more than a month ago. On Friday, March 28, she told crowd members at a concert in Malaysia that she is expecting a daughter, according to People magazine, which also confirmed the news independently. Aguilera's spokesperson had no immediate comment. The singer has a 6-year-old son, Max, from her previous marriage to Jordan Bratman.
Aguilera posted a photo of herself on stage at the Malaysia concert on her Twitter page, saying: "Ain't no other fans... Thank you Malaysia for all the love & support! XoXtina."
Rutler, a 29-year-old producer, and Aguilera have been together since late 2010 and she announced their engagement on Feb. 14 -- Valentine's Day, via a Twitter photo of her engagement ring (see photo, above).
